Movia designs and builds its own digital disk recorders for streaming uncompressed data from every camera directly to disk. Our DDRs can be synchronized and used in groups so there is no limit to the number of cameras we can synchronously stream from - we just add more recorders as necessary. The M1.9s is our smallest system. A single unit can record from up to nine cameras at up to 30fps at CCIR resolutions (PAL / NTSC from 768 x 512). The M1.9s is designed for systems where the recorders need to be distributed across a large area to accommodate large array configurations with a minimal amount of cabling. Drives on the M1.9s are internal (SCSI). The M1.15s is our medium-sized system and can record from up to fifteen cameras at up to 30fps. The M1.15s can be rack mounted in groups of seven for recording from up to 105 cameras. Drives on the M1.15s are removable (ATA). The M1.18s is our largest system and can record from up to eighteen cameras at up to 60fps. Drives on the M1.18s are removable (SCSI). |
